For more advanced wrestlers, the season includes a full schedule of JV and Varsity duals and tournaments, leading up to sections and state championships. Sample In-Season Practice Schedule
(Please Note: This is a general outline and subject to change.)
This sample schedule gives families an idea of what a typical week during the wrestling season might look like. Final times will be shared via parent email & Band on Sunday nights prior to each week.
Sundays
- One of our favorite weekly traditions is our optional Football Watch Party & Team Dinner—a chance for our wrestlers to unwind and bond off the mat. During the watch party, athletes can relax and enjoy some football together, cheering on their favorite teams. It’s a great opportunity for camaraderie and team spirit. During the game, we gather for a casual team dinner—often with food donated by families. These evenings are all about enjoying time together, building friendships, and creating lasting memories with teammates.
